As I said before, I like visiting university websites for various reasons. Some of the reasons are to find what I can use to improve my university’s website, to get information about education in other places, to see student activities, to learn their structures and all.

These past weeks, I’ve visited UTD (University of Texas at Dallas) a lot. Although is university is not among the oldest in America, and of course not one of the Ivy League, this website very complete. You can find almost all things you need to know about the campus. Besides, information, you can also use some webservices for 1) getting admissions, 2) applying for scholarships, 3) registering to courses, 4) applying for university apartments, and all.

If you get an admission, you’ll receive a letter telling you to visit certain “a bit hidden” page where you are guided to take some steps to go before you attend the courses.

Besides, the site is well-updated and …. i believe … you can know a lot about the campus from this website… Well, in this case, a university doesn’t have to be an Ivy Leage member to have a good web presence. UTD is one of the example….
